Join us in welcoming Katia Sol to Hollyhock! 🌸
Katia brings a wealth of experience in transformative education and leadership development, with a focus on heart-centered leadership and emergent systems change. For over 25 years, she has worked with diverse communities worldwide, centering Indigenous ways of knowing, fostering deep connections with Source and the natural world, and building communities rooted in mutual support and collaboration.
Her work aligns deeply with Hollyhock’s mission, integrating inner awareness and healing, deep nature connection, community building, and the transformation of collective systems. Her professional journey includes:
- Supporting international Indigenous Youth Leadership programs at Ghost River Rediscovery
- Co-directing The Ecology of Leadership at the Regenerative Design Institute
- Founding and leading her own coaching and leadership development organization
- Assistant Directing the Dalai Lama Fellows, a global contemplative leadership fellowship
- Designing and teaching courses such as Regenerative Leadership, Wild Wonder, and Living on Purpose at Stanford University
Beyond her professional achievements, Katia is also a proud mother of three boys, ages 6, 16, and 19.
Katia’s path to Hollyhock has been both mystical and serendipitous, much like the journey of our founders and so many who have come to love this place over the years. We look forward to sharing more about her story over the upcoming months.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have Katia’s leadership as we embark on this exciting new chapter for Hollyhock. Please join us in giving her a warm and heartfelt welcome!
