From Chaos to Calm: Bringing Presence & Purpose to Your Daily Life
With Caroline Welch
August 7 - 9, 2026
Feeling overwhelmed, or untethered? Finding no time for you, and what’s most important to you right now? Feeling that you will never “catch up?” Embarking on a new chapter in your life? Dreading a transition that you know you need to make? Yearning to spend more time in nature?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then this immersive, interactive weekend workshop with Caroline Welch is for you. On top of our multiple roles and responsibilities, most of us have the experience of limited time, and unlimited distractions in our daily lives.
In this deep dive into “Mindfulness with work books on”, Caroline lays a foundation in mindfulness and then brings it to life with the 3P’s: Purpose, Pivoting and Pacing.
2,300 years ago, Aristotle asked, “What’s the ultimate purpose of human activity?” Research shows that humans benefit more from eudaimonic than hedonic happiness; purposeful engagement, connection, and equanimity, all of which support our wellbeing not only within us but in our relationships with our community. We’ll explore how purpose brings joy in good times and resilience in hard times. On our most discouraging days, purpose can keep us going.
Since we humans resist change, pivoting is essential in making and facing changes. The key is that we remain aware of our anchor, and from there we can muster the strength to forge ahead with changes. Pacing supports us in recognizing what life chapter we are in – what is it that is most important at this particular era of our lives?
