Caroline Welch is an author, attorney, and CEO and co-founder with Dr. Dan Siegel of Mind Your Brain, whose mission is to make the science of well-being accessible for professional and personal development. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and holds a master’s degree in communications from the University of Southern California.
As a civil litigator for over fifteen years, Caroline represented Japan-based corporate clients in intellectual property matters and also served as in-house counsel at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios and production attorney for the Judge Judy show at Spelling Entertainment Group in Los Angeles. Caroline has made several life transitions, from English teacher in Japan to attorney and mediator to cofounder of an online business for mental health professionals in over 50 countries.
