Collective Reset: A Leadership Retreat

With Janet Moore and Adrian Sinclair

May 7 - 11, 2025

Join a group of leaders in social, political, environmental, and educational impact organizations for a 5-day retreat. We are co-imagining what it means to collectively reset our nervous systems and meet others building businesses and fostering movements in the systems-change sector. The purpose is simple: engaging fully with our own personal/embodied “system” and resetting and recharging it, in order to powerfully step back into the larger context of our lives and work with more clarity and energy.

Why design a retreat like this? If we want different results, if we want to move through a different human world – we would do well to test and experience different ways of being together, recharging and resetting. What if the highest priority was to foster mutual care and Natural Intelligence alongside self-care? Could we open ourselves up to prioritizing emergent, and novel ways of conditioning ourselves and our fellow leaders? And how would that change the way we move through our day-to-day lives and in the work that we do.

Program Highlights

  • Build solid connections with other social impact leaders
  • Co-imagine a toolkit of strategies for personal and organizational resilience
  • Co-create collective methods to foster well-being within teams
  • Small and large group dialogue
  • Tea ceremony (Gong Fu Cha lineage)
  • Sauna, hot tub, ocean dips
