Mack Hardy & Jenn Christenson’s 2026 SVI Workshop:

Your Brand Has Trust Issues: Human-Centred Brand Strategy for Organizations That Lead with Heart

In a sea of AI-generated content where everything is starting to look, sound, and feel the same, the organizations that will truly stand out are the ones that do two things well: show up as genuinely, irreplaceably themselves, and make the people they serve feel deeply understood.

This workshop gives mission-driven entrepreneurs a practical and inspiring framework for building a brand presence that creates real emotional connection, expresses authentic brand identity, and moves people from casual observers to passionate champions of their mission.

This 90 minute session will cover:

  • Why emotional decision-making makes human-centred design a strategic necessity, not a nice-to-have
  • A three-layer brand strategy framework: audience truth, visual and verbal language, and mission alignment
  • The cost of navel-gazing and how to shift from inward-facing to audience-first
  • How authentic brand expression differentiates organizations in an AI-saturated landscape
  • The engagement ladder: how intentional design moves people from observing to leading
  • A live self-audit participants can apply to their own brand in real time
