José is a social entrepreneur who has built a reputation as a visionary CEO and leader, strong manager, innovator and coalition-builder spanning the non-profit, philanthropic, private and public sectors. He has been recognized for building mindful and creative organizational cultures and convening public, private and community people and resources to solve complex community, business and public sector problems. He founded Rebozo Ventures – a strategic planning, impact investing and philanthropic consultancy practice  grounded on humility, compassion, honor and respect (for self and others).
