Yamuna® Body Rolling is a workout, a massage, and a whole-body adjustment rolled into one. The specially designed balls help to improve alignment, enhance bone quality, and offset the stress of repetitive movements.
Essential Somatics® practice establishes a new level of self-awareness and re-trains the communication between the brain and the muscles, restoring coordinated movement, mobility and relieving pain. Learn gentle movements that will free muscular restrictions and give you the tools to manage chronic stress responses.

This workshop includes:

This program is for anyone looking to shift themselves into wellness.
2 black balls per participant mandatory. Body Rolling Kit includes 6 balls (Gold, Silver, Pearl, 2 Black, & Pilates ball) and is available for purchase through the instructor. Bring your own balls or email [email protected] if you are interested in purchasing balls, at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the program.

Namchi Bazar, BFA developed her unique somatic approach to core wellness over 25 years as a professional dancer, Pilates Instructor, Yamuna® Body Rolling Practitioner and mother of three. She is compassionate, sincere and enthusiastic as she helps people feel their best in their body/mind. Her classes are grounding, with a clear focus on experiential anatomy in a dynamic and supportive learning environment. Namchi facilitates transformation from within, outwards. She encourages authenticity, and believes that conscious action fosters greater self-awareness and empowerment.
