Campus Rates

Our rates include meals and accommodations. See below for a complete list of what is included:

  • Sumptuous, garden-fresh vegetarian meals (3 meals per day) with weekly wild fresh seafood
  • Naturalist Guided Walks, Garden Tours, Yoga, and other complimentary activities (dependent on scheduling)
  • Library
  • Snack bar with organic coffee and teas, bread, fruit, etc.
  • Wireless Internet access
  • Periodic evening performances and presentations

Our rates are per person, per day in Canadian dollars.

Applicable taxes and a campus fee will be added, totalling to approximately 13% of your bill. As a non-profit organization, our campus fee enhances and maintains our facilities.

Covid-19 policies may affect some activities.

  • For an ocean-front room, add $30/person/night
  • *Tent sites accommodate 2-person tents and have access to shared washrooms and showers. Bring your own tent, bedding, & towels. No campers or RVs.

Children & Families

We welcomes families! Several programs are open to younger participants (age 12 and up). Call for further information. For younger children, our Kid’s Space in the Lodge, the outdoor Robinsong Playhouse, and the beach are wonderful places to play.

As we do not have childcare staff, a parent or caregiver travelling with you must attend all children under 12. We can provide a list of local caregivers, who will be charged a day use fee if they look after your child on-site.

Note: Some restrictions apply. No discounts cannot be combined, only the highest discount will be applied. All conferences, sell out programs (Art of Leadership, Wild Mushrooms), and programs with dana donations (Metta Vipassana, Mindfulness Meditation) are exempt from specials. 

Early Bird Special

Book a Cortes Island program 3+ months in advance or a Cortes Island holiday 1+ month in advance and receive:

  • 15% off room and meals for programs in shoulder season (April-June, Sept-Oct)
  • 10% off rooms and meals for programs in high-season (July 1-Sep 6)

Book a virtual program 1 month or more in advance and receive:

  • 10% off tuition (some exceptions apply)

Seniors Discount

For those 65+ years of age, get 15% off rooms and meals packages when booking a Cortes Island program.

Double Down Discount

Book two or more programs on Cortes Island in the same year and get 10% off tuition of the second program.


Gift Certificates & Self Care Credits

A program or stay at Hollyhock makes a wonderful gift. Gift certificates can be made in any amount and never expire.

You may also like to covid-proof your investment in your personal or professional development this year. Guarantee early bird rates by buying credit (min $395 CAD) before Jan 31, 2021. You can decide later whether to apply this to a 2021 program, or to wait until a future year.

Off-Site Day Use Fee

Guests attending events or programs while staying offsite will be charged a Day Use Fee of $22/day CAD. (children $11 CAD). This covers use of facilities, morning yoga/movement, naturalist events, beverage & snack bar, wifi, etc. Click for more information about staying off-site.
