Peace and Productivity: A Six-Week Virtual Series

With Amrita Ahuja

February 2 - March 9, 2027

We live in a world that generates more information, obligation, and demand than any of us were designed to hold.

The result is familiar: days full of effort and a persistent sense of falling behind. An inbox that never empties. A calendar that leaves no room to think. A mind carrying so much that clarity feels out of reach. AI can speed up the work, but it can’t decide what matters or clear the mental weight.

Peace and Productivity is a six-week series exploring both the patterns that drive overwhelm and the structures that create lasting clarity. Each week builds on the last, weaving together the inner work of self-awareness and the outer work of building a system that genuinely supports how you want to live and work.

Over six weeks, you will build a complete personal system for managing everything on your plate, develop a clearer understanding of the patterns that keep you reactive under pressure, and establish the daily practices that sustain clarity long after the series ends.

Each session is a 75-minute live workshop combining teaching, guided practice, and integration.

This Series Offers an Opportunity to Gain

  • A complete personal system for managing your inbox, calendar, and to-dos with clarity and peace of mind
  • A clear understanding of your personal stress response pattern and the practices that return you to ease
  • Daily, weekly and monthly review rhythms that sustain focus and clarity
  • A 3-month vision grounded in your own values and priorities
  • A compassionate framework for navigating competing demands without losing sight of what matters most
  • A sense of real relief from the mental weight of carrying too much

How the Series Unfolds

Week 1 — Capturing and the Brain Dump
We begin with a practice for clarity: getting everything out of your head and into one trusted place.

Week 2 — Building Your System for Peace
With everything captured, we build the container that holds it all. Calendar, notetaking, and organization — set up together, live, in the class. Leave this class with your external brain built.

Week 3 — The Practices and Inbox Zero-ish
We establish a simple, intentional approach to email that ensures nothing important slips through the cracks, and the daily, weekly and monthly review rhythms that keep the whole system alive.

Week 4 — Understanding Your Stress Response
Now that the system is in place, we turn inward. We explore the personal, predictable pattern of reactivity that each of us carries under pressure — naming it clearly, mapping it honestly, and beginning to understand what drives it.

Week 5 — Overwhelm Is the Invitation
We go deeper into the inner work: learning to turn toward discomfort rather than away from it, and discovering the personal practices that return us to steadiness and ease. We practice a meditation for meeting overwhelm in the moment it arises.

Week 6 — Protecting Your Peace
We close by building the compass that holds everything together: your Focus Areas, a 3-month vision grounded in your values and priorities. We explore how to minimize distraction, sustain the practices you have built, and carry this way of working forward as a living practice.

Who This Series is For

Peace and Productivity is for anyone who wants to bring greater clarity, intention, and ease to how they work and live — whether you are a founder, executive, professional, nonprofit leader, or a student navigating what comes next.

No prior experience with mindfulness or productivity systems is needed. What is required is a wholehearted commitment.

Teams are welcome to join together. Going through the series side by side gives colleagues a shared language and shared practices for working with clarity.

Registration

Enrolment is limited to ensure a supportive learning environment, and full participation in all six sessions is required, ideally with video on. Each class builds on the previous one, and the system is most effective when all its components are learned and practiced together. Sessions will be recorded but whenever possible, engaging in the live sessions is ideal for this work.
