Your True Nature: A Cold Immersion & Breathwork Retreat
With Cian Dalton & Carolyn Schmidt
October 15 - 19, 2025
This retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect, and return to your true nature — through the embodied tools of breathwork, assisted stretching, intuitive movement, and cold immersion.
In the pace of everyday life, it’s easy to lose touch with the deeper intelligence of the body. This retreat offers a spacious opportunity to breathe, move, and feel more at home in your body again.
We’ve spent the past eight years working with thousands of people at our Vancouver clinic, blending breathwork, fascia-informed movement, ice baths and nervous system education into a grounded, body-centered approach. Here, supported by shared practice and the natural rhythm of the land, that work deepens.
Stretching, breathing and cold each bring us into the body in their own way.
Stretching creates space.
Breath fills it.
The cold focuses the mind and awakens the senses.
Together, they invite a quiet remembering of your own rhythm and resilience.
