Tending the Fire Within is a five-day creative journaling workshop designed to deepen self-connection and ignite new inspiration. Set amid the breathtaking beauty of Cortes Island, BC, this immersive experience weaves slow-writing, whole-body practices, and supportive dialogue to fuel confidence, creativity, and authentic expression.
Through thought-provoking prompts and playful exploration, you’ll cultivate self-trust, tap into intuition, and embrace your voice with curiosity and compassion. Whether you’re new to journaling or a seasoned writer, this retreat offers a nurturing and deeply inspiring space to reignite your inner ‘fire(s)’ and explore new pathways for reconnecting with yourself and your life.
