Meditation in Action: Becoming One with the Spirit of the Drum
With Gordy Onayemi Ryan and Zoë Ryan
July 25 - 30, 2025
Activate the Fire in your hands, the Beat in your feet, and the Song in your Heart on this soulful journey in Rhythm in the iconic Olatunji Hall.
Drum, dance and sing to increase the flow of vital energy in your body and open your ears to the beauty of rhythms and songs from many cultures.
Develop the ability to focus full attention and concentration in the moment; the mind clear, witnessing our musical activity without judgment, as the heart opens and we experience the joy of being alive.
All are welcome, beginner to advanced- we carefully pass the fundamentals of rhythmic coordination and create arrangements that include all levels of musicianship- zero to pro.
Children, age 9 and older are welcome to attend. Please email [email protected] for more details and special rates for youth.
Everyone has a place in this Soulful Band!
