End-of-Life Doula Training (INELDA)

Learn how to provide companionship, comfort, and guidance to those facing a terminal illness or death.
As part of this training, learners receive self-paced video exercises as pre-work, an end-of-life doula guide and training workbook, live lectures and presentations from INELDA educators, small group and paired exercises, and self-paced exercises you can use to prepare you for your role as a doula.

Learning Objectives
- Prepare the learner in the role of an end-of-life doula
- Honor the humanity of the dying person
- Teach the elements of the dying process
- Prepare the learner through self awareness to do this work
- Familiarize the natural event of dying
