Ingrid Broussillon is an award-winning entrepreneur, workshop facilitator, and storyteller originally from Guadeloupe, in the Caribbean. She is the founder of The WoW Culture and Griottes Polyglottes Scty, two organizations using improv, theatre, and storytelling as powerful tools for social impact, confidence-building, and cultural inclusion.
What started as a personal quest to overcome language barriers and stage fright as a newcomer to Canada, became a mission to transform workplaces, communities and classrooms into safe, joyful spaces for learning, connection, and belonging.
A strong believer that a good laugh can build powerful bridges, Ingrid brings people together through joy and empathy.
She draws deep inspiration from one of improv’s core principles “Make your partner look good”, which she’s transformed into her personal motto: “Let’s make each other look good.” Because when we lift each other up, we all rise.
She has delivered hundreds of workshops and talks across Canada, blending serious topics with playful tools to spark real transformation.
Three fun facts she’ll never stop talking about:
🌴 She’s from Guadeloupe, a French Caribbean paradise
🚴🏾 She once biked from Paris to London
🥞 Her favourite snack is a crepe with chocolate, almonds, coconut, and popcorn (yes, all together!)
