With “butter energy” and “moon presence,” Teddy creates safety and soulfulness in the spaces she inhabits. She is a mother, a hiker, a mesa-carrier, a community grief-tender and a writer.
Professionally, Teddy provides loving transpersonal and somatic trauma therapy to her clients. A faculty member of Climate Emotional Resilience Institute, she also facilitates Work That Reconnects groups, Good Grief Network 10-Steps, and programs supporting STEM professionals, university students and professors, parents, journalists, and mental health workers to build solidarity and resilience for uncertain times. She has trained with Francis Weller to tend to grief in her community, offered bereavement counselling through hospice, and recently she has become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
Teddy holds the following questions close to her heart and they guide her inner work: “Why am I here, particularly now? And therefore, who do I want to be in these times?”
