Eric Mulholland, MA, LMHC, EXAT, LMP is a licensed mental health counsellor and expressive arts therapist. He is currently the Dean of Inner Development Programs at the Wellbeing Project and works as a therapist in both group practice and private practice.
Eric was a founding member of Partners for Youth Empowerment (PYE Global) and worked for several years as an actor and teaching artist in theatre. As a facilitator, he works internationally using the expressive arts and experiential learning techniques to support people in making meaning from life’s challenges. His self-authored solo performance, Make It Beautiful: A Journey into The Heart of Loss, has been produced and performed at the Whidbey Island Center for the Arts. In addition, Eric is a licensed massage therapist with a background in somatic embodiment and self-regulation techniques. Eric’s background in theatre, facilitation, the expressive arts, and mental health makes him unique in his field.
