Kiko Pace creates portals for deep listening through installation, sound making, meditation and restorative practices. They currently compose, create and facilitate immersive sound experiences that transcend listeners into expansive states of rest and relaxation, opening the soft liminality between waking and dreaming, a space where access to heightened states of imagination and communication is possible through receiving and sharing in vibrational recalibration.
Kiko has extensively studied the healing arts of sound, music, meditation, yoga, psychotherapy, plant medicine and practical magic and continues to deepen their learning through immersive study and practice with elders and teachers. Most recently Kiko has been mentoring with Fides Krucker, completing a 3 year certification in Emotionally Integrated Voice (EIV). Kiko is deeply devoted to listening, learning and honoring nature and her cycles. All begins with acknowledging the privilege of getting to practice on this land, the necessity of care and the responsibility we have to ourselves, the earth and each other.
Kiko currently resides between Tkaronto ~ the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy (the Six Nations), the Wendat, the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. And Saskatoon ~ colonially known as Treaty Six Land, the traditional homeland of many First Nations including Cree, Dene, Plains Cree, Nakota, Saulteaux, and Ojibwe and Metis Nation.
