Tecuana grew up on Cortes Island and has spent her life in and around Hollyhock. She is dedicated to supporting small local food producers, and sourcing sustainably, while creating beautiful and delicious menus that center around the seasons of the garden. Tecuana also believes deeply that success is built on strong, healthy, happy teams. She devotes time and energy into encouraging a positive staff culture that fosters inclusion, accessibility, and transparent feedback.
