Tahia’s SVI Virtual 2026 Session: Seasonal Elements Flow: A Grounding Movement Meditation

In this early morning session, Tahia will guide you through grounding, nature-inspired movements that thoughtfully integrate breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle self-regulation practices. You will take part in a four-directions moving meditation, orienting to the space and connecting with the qualities of the four classical elements (air, fire, earth, water) and the four seasons, using imagery and sensation to guide pacing, energy, and inner reflection. The session will also include gentle tapping as an invitation to arrive in the body, and to encourage balance and release. These integrated movement practices will support ease, circulation, and a calm nervous system. By the end of the session, you will feel energized, more focused, and comfortably grounded to start your day.
