Laurel Dault

Laurel leads Hollyhock Leadership Institute, dedicated to engaging progressive leaders in peer-to-peer learning to catalyze a new wave of leadership. HLI program streams include Mobilize, Climate, Equity, Next Economy, and  Psychedelics. 

Laurel is passionate about transformational programming, with her work taking her from the Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity, to THNK School of Creative Leadership in Amsterdam, and now to Vancouver with Hollyhock. She is a 2020 Radius Fellow and has trained as a coach with Coaches Training Institute. 

A settler with French, English, Scottish, and Irish ancestry, Laurel is deeply privileged to live on the unceded and occupied lands of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, Stó:lō, Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh, and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm Nations.

In her spare time, Laurel volunteers in her community library advisory group and teaches improv. Laurel is new momma to Baby Liam, and excited to be on the amazing leadership journey that is parenthood!
