Kirin Bhatti is a multi-generational South Asian artist, mystic, and healer who channels her gifts into immersive, creative experiences that help individuals, leaders, and groups powerfully remember who they are beneath the roles and systems they’ve learned to survive.
She is the founder of Brownswell, a sanctuary for deeply feeling, cycle-breaking leaders seeking beauty, rest, and playful transformation. Her work bridges land-based ritual, relational healing, and systems change—supporting people and organizations to lead with clarity, care, interconnection and joy.
Enchanted by the medicine of flowers and the pull of the sea, Kirin moves in reverence with human and more-than-human kin. You’ll find her singing in gardens, whispering to tidepools, sharing tea with elders, trees, and friends, or gathering community around a table lit with laughter and candlelight. Water is her native tongue, holding space with rare depth, tending what is emergent, flowing, and invisibly shaping the currents of our lives, lineages, and collective future.
About Brownswell
Brownswell is a sanctuary and community for deeply feeling, cycle-breaking leaders whose hearts ache for justice and long for beauty, rest, and play.
We work with those who sense there’s another way—when things still don’t quite click, even after all the healing and effort.
Our bespoke 1:1 and group experiences unfold in stunning, restorative landscapes offering mentorship, healing, teaching, or organizational healing. Brownswell is where you come to stop doing the work and begin to embody it through play, wonder, and deep care.
In cahoots with soil, sea, and sky, we begin with deep rest that softens the weight and roles you’ve carried, re-awakening your sense of awe. From there, the wisdom you’ve cultivated and the insights you’ve touched finally breathe and take root. New pathways blossom—ones that were waiting just beneath the surface, ready to guide your healing and vision with more clarity and joy.
Whether you’re arriving solo or with your team, we connect you to a community of leaders who are also ready to be held, and return to who we are so we can lead from what feels most like home.
