The Chinese Internal Arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong regulate the constantly transforming balance between Yin and Yang in the body, mind, and spirit.
Through solo and partner practice, we deepen our awareness of these polarities and can utilize them to increase harmony within ourselves, with others, and with nature. Participants will learn Internal Arts background and theory, solo and partner training exercises, meditation techniques, and a Tai Chi sequence to cultivate stillness, presence, and equanimity.

Shot for his 2019 program, Balancing Movement and Stillness, Paul is practicing at some spectacular locations around Hollyhock.
Some of these exercises will also be shared during Harmonizing Yin and Yang: Foundations, Form & Function.
