Realign your vital energies with this ancient Chinese wellness practice of breath-work, concentration and movement.

Gain a greater appreciation of yourself, others and the natural environment through experiencing the gentle, relaxing and rejuvenating aspects of traditional Qi Gong. Learn the four basic breathing techniques and practice them along with concentration and posture/movement exercises. Harmonize your Qi (vital energy) with phonation methods using the natural sounds produced by the body.

With stabilized and sharpened concentration, learn how to assess Qi and medical conditions in a hands-on approach to heal yourself, others and the environment. Practice Qi Gong in the natural wilderness of Hollyhock’s forests and beach. Everyone is welcome.

Listen to Aung, recipient of the Alberta Order of Excellence, talk about life and his work:

The time I spent with Dr. Aung at Hollyhock is among one of the warmest memories I will carry forward in my life. The combination of mental, physical and spiritual training was practical and inspiring, all at once. He is truly a Qi Gong master healer and to participate in his workshop is to give yourself the gift of healing. – Theo Lamb, 2016
