As the Chief Mobilization Officer at the Democratic National Committee, Shelby leads a team of more than 60 strategists to inspire and mobilize the party’s grassroots supporters to donate and volunteer, both online and offline. Prior to joining the DNC, she served as Digital Director for Vice President Kamala Harris.
