Hollyhock campus is a wild and eclectic haven, nestled between seashore and forest on 48 acres of breathtaking natural beauty.

While the campus structures occupy just 4 acres of this expansive land, a mix of buildings – including accommodations, session spaces, and the main lodge – are thoughtfully spread out, sometimes up to a 10-minute walk apart. Connected by a network of trails and pathways, our campus offers an immersive retreat in harmony with nature.

Campus rates include accommodations, meals, use of hot tubs, and campus facilities. Rates do not include taxes or tuition. All bookings are subject to a 10% campus fee and applicable taxes.

Complimentary Shuttle Service

Complimentary Shuttle Service is available to Hollyhock from Cortes Island seaplane, water taxi, and ferry docks.

Oceanfront Single or Couple w/ensuite

Located on our water’s edge with a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding Desolation Sound. These rooms include your own private bathroom with a shower. The building has a shared kitchen and living space, with a large deck on the ocean side.

*For couples attending separate programs, please advise in the comment section. Your reservation will be adjusted and you will receive an updated confirmation.

Single: $491/night

Private Cabin Oceanfront: (Peggo’s)

This prized cabin includes one queen bedroom, a common area with fireplace and couch, mini-kitchen, private bathroom, and deck overlooking the ocean. Located on our water’s edge with a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding Desolation Sound.

Single: $691/night
Additional person: $215/night including meals

Single or Couple w/ensuite

These spacious rooms have a queen bed with a private bathroom. Enjoy your own space immersed in nature and the surrounding views.

Single: $451/night
Couple: $620/night

Couple or Single w/shared Bathroom

These private rooms have a shared bathroom, and some rooms have a small desk. Most buildings have a bathroom inside, and are shared with one other room, although some share an external bathhouse. Please contact [email protected] with any specific needs.

Twin w/ensuite oceanfront

This room has two beds and will be shared by two people. Your roommate will be chosen at random based on gender, or you can request to share with someone you know. The room is located on our water’s edge with a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding Desolation Sound, and includes a private bathroom. 

The rate includes accommodation and meals for one person. Two people sharing a room pay two twin rates. 

Per person: $350/night

Twin w/ensuite

These rooms have two beds and will be shared by two people. You can share with someone you know or your roommate will be chosen at random based on gender. Rooms include a queen bed, or a double and include a private bathroom. The rate includes accommodation and meals for one person. Two people sharing a room pay two twin rates. 

Per person: $310/night

Twin w/shared Bathroom

These rustic rooms have two beds and will be shared by two people. You can share with someone you know or your roommate will be chosen at random based on gender. Please be advised that most of these rooms share an external bathhouse. The rate includes accommodation and meals for one person. Two people sharing a room pay two twin rates.

Per person: $290/night

Three-share w/shared bathroom

This rustic room surrounded by lush green forest has one double bed and two twin beds. Your roommates will be chosen at random based on gender, or you can request to share with someone you know.

A small kitchenette with a small fridge is available. The bathroom is shared with one other room.

Per person: $229/night

Dorms

Rustic and cozy, our dorms are our most economical room option. Located centrally in our Carousel building, the dorms can accommodate up to 6 people and have their own washroom.  Bedding and towels are provided. 

All dorm beds are assigned, please ask the reception desk first if you would like to switch beds. Assignments are made on a first come, first served basis. Please reach out to [email protected] if you require a lower bunk. 

Women Dorm for female-identified people only.
Male Dorm for male-identified people only.
Mixed Dorm Open to all.

Per person: $180/night

Tent Sites

Set up a tent in our lovely cedar forest. Bathhouse nearby with hot showers and flush toilets. Bring your own tent, towels, and all appropriate camping gear. Due to fire safety, cooking in this area is not permitted. Three meals a day from the Hollyhock kitchen are included in your total cost.

Please be aware that this area is accessed by walking paths only. There may be uneven terrain in the forest. We can assist you and your gear to your campsite by golf cart. The tent sites are about a 7 minute walk from the main lodge. These rustic sites are not recommended for those unfamiliar with wild camping or uncomfortable with challenging terrain. Enjoy the serenity of the forest and a uniquely wild west coast experience.

Stoves, campfires, and recreational vehicles are not allowed on campus.

Single: $175/night plus tuition
Couple: $300/night plus tuition

Commuter

Attend programming while staying in your own accommodation, off-campus.  Participants pay for meals, tuition, and a $25 per day ‘commuter fee’. This fee covers access to campus including the newly renovated spa and unlimited coffee and tea. 

Per Person: At minimum, commuters will pay $56/day *(commuter fee $25 + lunch $31). We ask that commuters join for lunch at minimum.
