Mindfulness Meditation
With Robert Beatty
October 12 - 17, 2019
Waking up from the trance of everyday life is like waking up in the morning. The dreams just fall away. Come listen to the call from within and realize that you are vastly more than your person-ality. You are not your moods, racing mind, compulsions, addictions, or wounds from the past. Mindfulness potentiates this awakening to the freedom, love, compassion, and joy that are your natural state.
This retreat includes sitting and walking meditations, lectures, and discussions, as well as music, poetry, and movement. Individual guidance and instruction are available. Return to your life and relationships rested, renewed, and inspired.
This program is held in noble silence (except sessions). Common areas on campus are shared with other guests.
