Self-Led Retreat (mid-May)

Looking for a space to unplug, unwind, and slow down? A self-led retreat invites you to step out of the busy rhythm of life and into a gentler pace – without schedules, without obligations, and without taking a program. This is your time to rest, restore, and reconnect with your true self.
Spend your days however you choose: join morning yoga, walk forest trails, swim in the ocean, warm up in the hot tubs and sauna, or just enjoy the quiet stillness of the land. Book a massage or bodywork session, have your tarot cards read, explore the garden, or paddleboard along the shore.
With three nourishing garden-to-table meals served daily and the freedom to move at your own pace, a self-led retreat offers space to slow down and tune inward.
Length of Stay
