We combine cutting-edge science with intuitive wisdom to provide a holistic approach to well-being and ageing. You’ll delve into the world of movement ecology, learn how to tailor smart growth strategies to your unique body, and acquire practical tools to nurture your physicality. You will have the opportunity to test your cardiovascular health using the VO2 Master, learn what your individual results mean, and how you can improve this metric. You will explore your joint mobility, what the consequences of poor mobility are, and learn tools to improve it. You will be introduced to safe and effective approaches to building strength and muscle mass thus combating unwanted consequences of aging. All of this engaging and exciting learning will unfold on the beautiful landscape of Cortes Island, where embracing our physical connection with nature will be a centerpiece of the program.
