Untangled: Moving Past Fear in Knitting and Writing
With Matthew J. Trafford
May 26 - 31, 2024
Get unstuck in your creative project and grow beyond what’s holding you back.
Knitting and writing are both crafts that require working on projects for a long time. Stitch by stitch and word by word we build our creations, but sometimes this process can be overwhelming, intimidating, or paralyzing, leaving us stuck and frustrated. Grab your problem project and embark on a journey with like-minded creatives who are all committed to creating without fear. This program welcomes knitters and writers of all levels including those who may be trying knitting for the first time.
Writer and fibre artist Matthew J. Trafford, aka Fairy Godfather Knits, will facilitate group sharing, solo creation time, and techniques for untangling what’s stuck. Let the natural beauty of Cortes Island and the encouragement of your peers bring you forward in your knitting and writing practice.
