Bettina Rothe
Bettina Rothe is a somatic leadership coach, movement facilitator and international presenter. Her work is grounded in holistic, body-based modalities with a strong focus on the 5Rhythms® movement practice, mindfulness and embodied leadership principles. Bettina supports clients in the development of an authentic leadership presence that is powerful, compassionate and self-aware. Satisfied clients include Hootsuite, YYoga, Coastal Health, and SONY. She leads with clarity, passion and humour.
