Kathryn Lukas-Damer
Kathryn Lukas-Damer, an early thought leader and pioneer in the Fermented Foods movement, is the founder and former CEO of the national fermented food company, Farmhouse Culture and co-author of award winning The Farmhouse Culture Guide to Fermenting: Crafting Live Cultured Foods and Drinks from Kimchi to Kombucha.
In her Tedx talk on Why Live Culture Foods are Good for Your Gut, Kathryn describes herself as a Microbe Evangelist on a mission to get the healing and delicious microbes into as many guts as possible. She continues to spread the fermentation word as an advocate and teacher for how to start home based fermentation businesses.
