The creator of the Groundwork™ productivity framework, Amrita Ahuja has introduced ease and flow across industriessince 2010. From her firsthand experience launching startups to coaching founders of enterprise, technology, health and wellness companies, musicians, social justice workers, and creative agencies, Amrita has helped thousands expand the way they think about life, work, and balance. Recognized as a Rising Star Entrepreneur by Chatelaine and Profit Guide in 2015, Amrita is also the past Chair of the Task Force on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion on the Board of Directors at Vancouver Opera and a passionate advocate for anti-racism and inclusion.
