Becca Schwenk

Becca Schwenk is an innovator who thrives when applying her creativity to justice-centred work. As Bakau’s former COO and first employee, she has been a key player in constructing its foundations and driving its evolution. As the Facilitation Certificate Program’s creator and Director, Becca is currently kvelling (verb, present participle: feeling happy and proud) about this 3-month annual program certifying graduates in inclusive facilitation. Becca’s honed skills of note include relationship building, transformative consulting, people leading, ethical growth, and business advising. With over 10 years of experience in social justice-centred work, she is all about deep reflection, intentional strategy, and effective, innovative change.
