Our presenters are curated for their quality, depth, integrity, and alignment with our educational purpose. Since 1982, a distinguished faculty of authors, educators, activists, artists, performers, and practitioners have shared their work at our Cortes Island campus and in Vancouver.
Cian Dalton is a Breathwork Facilitator, Stretch Therapist, former Professional Boxer and the first Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor in British Columbia. His early work as an engineer in the field of wind power led him to his current work- to help humans learn how to efficiently extract energy from air and to live more powerful lives. He made the inevitable switch from Wind Power to Human Power.
Cian understands what it takes to push the human body to its limits. As a movement and performance coach, and former pro athlete and engineer, he uses all of his past experiences and education to help people achieve their personal bests. His mission is to empower people to take control of their own health and to not rely on expensive short term fixes.
Since moving from the field of wind power to human power, he is driven to encourage others and society to spend at least as much time optimizing humans as we do with machines and technology. Cian is a former professional boxer, Fascial Stretch Specialist Level 3, Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor, Breathwave Level 3 Conscious Breathwork Facilitator, FRC & FRA Mobility Specialist (Joint Resiliency Training) and a Personal Trainer.
