Tania Lo is the CEO & Co-founder at Tandem Innovation Group where she convenes a network of over 150 Growth Advisors, Contract CFO, COO, CPHR, CRO’s, Business Managers, Controllers and Bookkeepers and connects them with companies just starting out, growing and or in transition, ready to be acquired or even looking to go public. This could look like modernizing a team’s bookkeeping and document management processes, sales forecasting, cashflow projections and growth strategies. She loves translating founders’ business plans into language that makes sense to their team, as well as to investors, lenders, grant funders and key stakeholders. Tandem is at the forefront of the Gig Economy and the growing demand for outsourced experts. Her jam is in the active living, access to mobility, community and healthy food, place-making, education in entrepreneurship, women-led ventures and seed-capital raising space.

Current projects that bring joy include Alinker, SheEO, Aisle, Farm From a Box and Nada, Mobi by Shaw Go, Two Wheel Gear and the Vantec Angel Network. When she’s not connecting people to resources (and fun!), she is the mom of 2 and reminisces about that time she road her bike 16,000 kms from Bolivia to the Canadian Arctic producing the award winning documentary film @longroadnorth.
