Meagan has over ten years of experience enriching organizational capacity for non-profits and funders throughout the globe. She brings expertise in building, managing, and evaluating processes, granting streams, and programs for socially impactful organizations.

Meagan has her own consulting practice, working with foundations and non-profits to advance their impact through measurement, grant design support, and strategic coaching. She uses a collaborative approach that emphasizes grantee and community values and perspectives while balancing the need to report to donors and other outside stakeholders. When she works with organizations, she also supports them to enrich their evaluative thinking, helping to embed evaluation and learning more deeply into their organizational cultures.
