Holly has more than two decades of gardening and farming experience. She was the co-owner, creator and manager of an Organic CSA farm in Ontario, providing veggies, fruit, culinary herbs, and cut flowers for 120 households. Holly studied at the University of Ottawa and completed a five-year apprenticeship with Farmers and Master Gardeners.
