Ayton Novak is Hollyhock’s Production and Technology Manager, supporting the people and systems that hold Hollyhock’s programming to create conditions for meaningful learning, connection, and collaboration.

Ayton brings a grounded, values-aligned approach to technology and operations. He believes good systems are quiet acts of care, shaping spaces where connection, creativity, and responsibility can thrive.
