Amaris Daniel

Amaris has over a decade of experience in kitchen leadership roles. He has held positions as Head Chef at L’Gros Luxe Restaurant Group in Montreal, and Executive Sous Chef at The Flying Pig and Wild Tale Restaurants. He also led the culinary team at Dinner In The Sky for Westcoast Sightseeing, first as the Executive Sous and later as Executive Chef. Outside of work, Amaris roasts coffee for family and friends, loves making music, cooking with fresh garden produce, and experimenting with unique local ingredients.
