Allison Kelly is deeply committed to fighting economic inequality. At ICA, where she has served as CEO since 2019, she’s leading a committed team that is using the tools of venture capital as the ‘anti-vc’ –providing long term support and capital for underrepresented entrepreneurs in the 9-county Bay Area. Ms. Kelly has been supporting small businesses within the community development finance field for over 15 years and loves demonstrating disruptive models for capitalism. When not working, she can be found outside enjoying the outdoors of the Bay Area with her family.
