Peace is a choice, intention, and outcome. Envisioning peace starts with the foundation of cultivating peace within our own hearts and generating harmony and vitality in the body. From the sacred ground of inner peace, we learn skills to bring peace into our speech, into our relationships, and into our world.

Immerse in yogic practices that cultivate and generate inner peace in mind, body, and heart. Practice non-violent communication, mindful speech, and conflict resolution skills. Learn to stand up, speak out, and act from a place of love and fearlessness. Envisioning Peace speaks to all aspects of our health and well-being- body, mind, heart, relationships, and our purpose.

Topics and themes covered include:

  • Power of intention, visualization, meditation
  • Non-violent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Boddhissattva (Buddhist) activities and practices
  • Yogic practices for inner peace and harmony

Envisioning Peace is a call to all dreamers, healers, yogis, and activists to gather, dream, inspire each other and create the positive momentum for peace and justice in ourselves, our families, our community, and the world.
