As an early co-producer of SVI and director and faculty member of Hollyhock Leadership Institute, Debra’s connection with the Hollyhock community runs deep. A natural connector, Debra brings investors and businesses, philanthropists and non-profits together for the greater good.

For nearly two decades, Debra has been coaching purpose-driven leaders to achieve big goals and enhance their impact with less work and less stress. Prior to coaching Debra co-founded a national non-profit and three business. She has a Masters in Leadership and is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Her unique approach helps clients combine effective neuroscience based business skills with simple yet powerful nervous system regulation practices so they can perform at their best while actually enjoying the journey.
