Abbey has extensive experience as a community organizer and most recently worked at a digital advocacy software company coaching progressive organizations how to reach and influence key decision makers online. In addition, she designed and implemented strategy for two successful election campaigns and fundraised for the Wilderness Committee, one of Canada’s largest environmental charities. Her new strategic consultation business centers wellness, teaching activists and changemakers nervous system regulation and stress management tools so they can be more resilient and visionary in their work.
