World Music for Meditation

Music has the incredible ability to calm the nervous system and support healing of the body. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the soothing and grounding sounds of the native flute, fujara, and digeridoo with musician David Yates.

David Yates is a multi-instrumentalist and certified yoga teacher who offers music for sound journeys, yoga classes, and dance events, as well as with the world fusion collective Naad. He will be joining me for Finding Neutral: Pilates + Yoga for Centred Living to play live music for the Restorative and Yin Yoga sessions.
