We require a non-refundable deposit of $395 (or $195 if you are applying for a scholarship). Final payment is due on your departure day. Click here for our cancellation policy.

Scholarships are available for most programs. Some exclusions apply. You must register for your program before applying for a scholarship. Check out our scholarships page for more information.
Arrival & Departure
All programs begin in the evening on the first day and end with lunch on the last day. Please arrive before 6:15pm on the day your program begins (if you will be arriving after this time, please let us know in advance). If you are having meals with us, dinner is served at 6:30pm. On your last day, you may pack your lunch to-go if you need to leave early.
