The Gift of Grace

In Life, Love & Service

June 29 - July 4, 2018

Life has a way of supporting us in unforeseen and indescribable ways. Beneath the mystery is the ever present grace which provides new openings and opportunities: the gift of life changing moments that reveal a greater call and purpose. Grace is the bridge connecting our inner and outer worlds. Grace comes in many forms and can be hard to recognize and honour. When we are able to discern the presence of grace, we have greater faith, trust and appreciation for our journey. Perhaps the gift of grace will bring you to this program. Teachings from various traditions along with insights from Jungian Psychology will be offered.

Thomas Atum O’Kane, PhD, a long-standing and well-loved presenter at Hollyhock, is a graduate of the Guild of Spiritual Guidance. He holds a MA in psychological counselling and a PhD in transpersonal psychology. Atum is a former senior teacher in the Sufi Order International, where he served as secretary general for 12 years. He is the founder and director of the Spiritual Guidance Wisdom School.

Emmanuel O’Kane has worked with child-based service organizations in Cambodia, Nepal, India, Vietnam and Uganda. During his seven years in Asia, he has deeply engaged in Buddhist retreats, meditation training and philosophy. He has organized and assisted with spiritual pilgrimages in Europe and Asia. Emmanuel has been the Assistant Director at the Zenith Institute Sufi Camp in Switzerland and has been trained in inter-faith Spiritual Guidance. He credits the gift of grace for his journeying in 45 countries and meeting many cultures and faces of humanity.

In addition to this program, Atum is also offering Time of Transition, June 24 – 29, 2018.
