Realign your vital energies with this ancient Chinese wellness practice of breathwork, concentration and movement. Gain a greater appreciation of yourself, others and the natural environment through experiencing the gentle, relaxing and rejuvenating aspects of traditional Qi Gong. Learn the four basic breathing techniques and practice them along with concentration and posture/movement exercises. Harmonize your Qi (vital energy) with phonation methods using the natural sounds produced by the body. With stabilized and sharpened concentration, learn how to assess and heal Qi and medical conditions in a hands-on approach to heal yourself, others and the environment. Practice Qi Gong in the natural wilderness of Hollyhock’s forests and beach. Everyone is welcome.
