Joenita Paulrajan, PhD
Joenita Paulrajan, MA, MPhil, PhD, leads the diversity and inclusion, intercultural communication, and international development programs for the UBC Extended Learning.
Her work involves program development and implementation, curriculum design, content development, facilitator training, student, corporate and community training, teaching, and facilitation. Her current research interests, workshops and conference presentations are in the area of equity, diversity, inclusion and intercultural communication.
