Our voice is both the channel through which we excavate past traumas and conditioning as well as a vehicle through which we may find healing & reconciliation with the various facets (voices) of our being. In each embodied voice session, you will be guided into a new dimension of voice through a combination of breathwork, somatic experiencing techniques, movement, vocalization, and connection practices. Land in greater comfort, confidence, and fluency in your authentic expression layer by layer.

This intentional process of peeling back the layers of voice includes:

SANCTUARY: Create a sacred space to encounter yourself & your many voices through intention and foundational vocal practice.

BODIES of VOICE: Understand the map of your voice, the sounds that emerge, & how each body of voice (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual) will influence your resonance. Explore vocal hygiene and full-body connection of voice through playful singing explorations.

DEEP LISTENING: Recognize the relationship between voice & your nervous system and learn how deep listening can help you unravel your voice. Experience a sound & vocal journey to take you into the dreamlike work of body & sound.

DEVOTION: Integrate the psychology of devotion to find a deeper connection to that which wants to be expressed through you & discover the sounds & insights that surface through your unique connection.

PRIMAL EXPRESSION: With greater recognition of how to meet & unravel your voice you will then be guided into the realm realms of expression. This is a gentle process to help you reconnect to the vocalization of pleasure, play, pursuit, & protection.

INTENTIONAL VOICE: Integrate the intelligence of your animal body & steady yourself in the revelation of your embodied voice by intelligently mapping your voice through the felt expression of boundaries & intentions.

ARCHETYPES: Step into the expression of archetypes from the inside out & reveal the ways you thrive in expression, uncover voices you never knew were within you, and reforge relationships to those places of expression that have been hidden.

INTUITIVE CREATION: Explore intuitive creativity not as a performance but as a playful expression of you. From vocalization to lyrics, to spoken word see what creativity emerges when you allow it all to be expressed.
