Tending our Climate Anxiety (Online)

With Kairn Mahon Carrington and Faith Cohen, Ph.D.

December 7, 2021

Our world is teetering on a precipice and we are losing our balance. Every day we are met with new disasters, new disappointments, and warnings that the worst is yet to come.

Unsupported, we may feel overwhelmed by grief, fear, or anxiety. Most of us have little or no framework to process the emotional and spiritual intensity of living through this time.

How do we find solid ground to stand on amidst flooding, fires, loss, and destruction?

Join Climate educator Kairn Mahon Carrington and psychologist Dr. Faith Cohen for a 60 minute session to explore ways to cope with the climate emergency we now face.

Join this free one-hour session to:

  • Understand more about climate anxiety and ecological grief
  • Explore the different ways people deal with the stress of climate breakdown
  • Learn strategies to build your personal resilience
  • Build community connection
  • Find resources to support yourself and others in dealing with ongoing distressing events
